As the Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our projects, people, and systems running smoothly. You’ll support specialised operational projects from planning through to completion, coordinate resources, manage invoicing and accounts, and act as a key link between management, project teams, and clients.
This role is suited to someone motivated by variety, responsibility, and real-world impact!
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in administration, operations, or project support
Xero experience, including invoicing, creditors/debtors, and monthly accounts
Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
Confident communicating with tradespeople, clients, and the public
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems effectively
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Sound judgement, strong problem-solving ability, and a good understanding of workplace health and safety
Calm and professional when handling challenging client interactions
Construction or job management system experience is an advantage but not essential.
