As the Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our projects, people, and systems running smoothly. You’ll support specialised operational projects from planning through to completion, coordinate resources, manage invoicing and accounts, and act as a key link between management, project teams, and clients.

This role is suited to someone motivated by variety, responsibility, and real-world impact! 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, operations, or project support

  • Xero experience, including invoicing, creditors/debtors, and monthly accounts

  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills

  • Confident communicating with tradespeople, clients, and the public

  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems effectively

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication

  • Sound judgement, strong problem-solving ability, and a good understanding of workplace health and safety

  • Calm and professional when handling challenging client interactions

Construction or job management system experience is an advantage but not essential.
