LDE is a forward-thinking and well-resourced engineering consulting company. We are seeking a Civil Engineer looking for an exciting and autonomous opportunity to help extend our client base and manage clients from engagement to engineering recommendations, designs of a specialist nature and budget management whilst tapping into our North Island wide resources.

This role will make you the go to person for technical enquiries, client enquiries, and projects for the Far North region, taking support from the Northland region team as needed. Through your work, you’ll also be an integral member of the national civil team.  You will have the tools and autonomy to make this role your own and genuinely contribute to your own future and LDE’s reputation. 

You will have the confidence and capability to work autonomously while contributing to the success of civil teams across all of our offices and help grow our footprint in the North.  Working at LDE can means you need to be a bit of a generalist at times so being open to crossing into the geotechnical space would be a bonus and looked on favourably.

Our Kerikeri office, located in the CBD, consists of a team of two who deliver engineering geology, geophysics and environmental services. It has a relaxed office vibe and plenty of room for a third team member. With current workflow and additional work in the pipeline, the Kerikeri office provides the ideal environment to hit the ground running and immediately contribute to our ongoing projects.
